PSM does not often advertise all the positions received on the web or in the local newspapers, the curriculum vitaes that we accept will be kept on our database and given first priority when screening and short listing. This will ensure that whenever a consultant at PSM is searching for a position your cv will be selected as a ‘potential candidate’.

Short listing and search

  1. A search is done for all suitable candidates that have part or all of the core requirements according to job specification
  2. We reduce this search by short listing those that have the maximum amount of the core requirements
  3. A consultant will contact those candidates – introduce the position to them and on obtaining their permission, will then develop this contact.
  4. Interviews, references and all other requirements that the client might have will be conducted by PSM and our short listed candidates cv’s will be submitted
  5. PSM will be the ‘first line of communication’ between candidates and clients and will update candidates on the progress on their application
