The required qualifications and experience for this role is:
 
  • Degree / Diploma within Sciences or Commerce preferred
  • Previous Product Management experience will be an advantage, a minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required 
  • Dermatology therapeutic area experience will be a strong advantage, together with product launch experience 
 
The Output of your job will be:
 
  • Strategic & Operational planning
  • Develop brand strategies and appropriate brand plans, with objectives, resources, KPIs and ROI expectations
  • Develop, implement strategies and associated Launch Brand plans for future pipeline brands in association with Launch Team and Stakeholders.
  • Drive successful implementation of future pipeline brands in combination with existing Brand Portfolio strategies and tactics
  • Market/customer insights
  • Develop customer understanding, analysis and insight generation
  • Develop deep knowledge of market dynamics, needs and opportunities for the brands
  • Network and build relationships with selected customers
  • Work closely with sales team to develop necessary sales tools and training
  • Manage and measure overall investment and sales according to pre-determined KPIs
Manage external relationships with Multinational Partners and Internal Stakeholders
