Do you have the following qualifications and experience:
 
  • Degree in Social Sciences/ Human Resource Management/ Industrial Psychology / Talent Management / HR related field
  • Registered psychometrist 
  • Understanding of Talent Management Practice essential 
  • Experience running graduate programs,  Internships and  Corporate bursary management 
  • Data analytics essential 
  • Employee Experience mapping 
  • Experience in Psychometric assessments advantageous 
 
 
KEY JOB OUTPUTS
 
Formulate the Talent Management Strategy and Framework in order to meet the organisational strategic goals and objectives
Develop and deploy Talent acquisition strategies in order to attract the right talent for the organisation
Develop and lead the Competency Mapping model for the company in order to assess and map the right competencies required for the organisation
Design and implement a Career development Path and Succession Planning framework in order to identify high performance potential and ensure career progression for employees
Identify talent gaps through analysis and workforce planning in order to fill the right talent in places
Develop and manage key relationships by collaborating with the Management and HR team in order to facilitate the Talent Management goals for the organisation
