What will your key performance areas be:
 
Assistance to the digital manager in creating daily content, managing and maintaining social media marketing platforms, SEO implementation as well as new digital platform research. Managing and collating analytics from various sources, creating reports for teams to review and liaising with internal teams and agencies on various digital outputs.
 
  Key Accountabilities
 
Accountability Cluster Major Activities / Tasks
  1. Manage day to day digital marketing activities, supporting the digital manager  
 
    1. Liaison with creative teams, internal brand teams and external agencies on briefs and digital deliverables
    2. Ensuring excellence in campaign execution
    3. Managing amplifiers (influencers) in terms of their deliverables and relationship to the brand
    4. Responsible for managing monthly coalition sessions with corporate comms team  
II. Community management
    1. Community management and content management on various social and digital platforms  
III. Managing the OTC digital marketing analytics and scorecard
    1. Monthly and weekly reporting from platforms based on always-on performance and campaigns
    2. Compilation of trackable scorecard on platform accessible to management  
 
Educational qualifications:
    • Marketing or journalism qualification – Higher Diploma or Degree   
 
Relevant experience:
    • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a social media marketing or junior digital media marketing role  
    • Previous experience or knowledge of pharmaceuticals   would be beneficial
