The purpose of this job is:
 
To manage the full route to market from to sales through the multiple channels (retail, wholesale, convenience, pharmacy and export) in order to deliver on strategy in terms of marketing, sales, digital.  Critical to the successful performance of the function will be the management of strategy within the personal care arena including marketing, key customers/key accounts, customer relationships and service levels, as well as the management of key suppliers, supplier relations and service levels
 
Your Outputs will be:
  
Long range marketing / strategy formulation and execution including digital responsibility for entire business
 
Sales achievement ito volume, value, margin and market share
 
Customer Intimacy ito customer relationships, strategy alignment, service levels and key account profitability
 
Supplier intimacy ito supplier contracts, service level agreements & adherence, best price/quality sourcing
 
P&L objectives as set by the business
 
Qualifications and experience required:
  • Minimum of 7 – 10 years in marketing / sales / customer / experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role with P&L accountability
  • NBD experience or management of function
  • Experience in setting up businesses or process
  • Management of forecasting process for business
  • Must have had P&L responsibility
