Our Skills Development Service

As PSM Personnel we undertake the role of Skills Development Facilitator on your behalf to ensure your company’s Workplace Skills Plan, Annual Training Report and Pivotal plan are submitted on time.

Together with our partners we act as liaison with the relevant SETA on behalf of your company to help you claim for discretionary and mandatory grants. Extensions of this service include conducting skills audits, identifying training needs and recommendations for B-BBEE purposes. We also conduct SDF related training and coaching services for your HR team.

When your organisation’s annual training plan is in place or when employee capability development is required, PSM Personnel will step in to deliver aligned training interventions that can be customised to your organisation. In order to offer the greatest value to our clients, enhance the learning process and minimise costs per participant, we leverage internal systems, policies and processes when preparing and presenting courses and workshops. We utilise tailored methodologies based on initial client engagements, in conjunction with briefing and/or scoping of work to develop suitable offerings.
